Property Management and Leasing Services

The Property Management and Leasing Division of Wall & Associates, Realtors offers a variety of services for the seasoned investor, to the first time investor, or for the individual that needs management and leasing services for a short term.

Our associates who work with investors, either locally or out of state, will assist you in finding the right properties to either purchase, update and resell or to purchase and lease. We are experienced in working with short sale, pre-foreclosure and foreclosure properties.

For our individual clients who live locally, and find themselves being relocated out of the area, our management division maintains your property in your absence. Our clients are executives who have been transferred to Europe, South and Central America, the Pacific Rim or as close as across the country. If your desire is to return to your home one day, but not wanting to leave it vacant and unattended, we can assist you with leasing and management services.

Additionally, we offer the local investors management services for those not wishing to manage tenant relations themselves. For our local clients, we also procure the tenant and maintain the home for them. At the time they are ready to sell or take additional equity out of the home and purchase additional investment properties, our team is ready to serve.
